Establish and maintain Montessori classroom culture.
Plan, prepare, and maintain all units of study, lessons and materials.
Observe and keep records on each student's individual progression through the classroom.
Plan and prepare children and materials needed to perform two annual Family Conferences.
Provide guidance and support to Assistant teacher.
Regularly review student progress, teaching priorities, and classroom concerns with the Director.
Organize teacher planning days for changing out materials and reorganizing works.

Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field.
Child Development Associate Credential (CDA)
AMS Infant/Toddler Credential (or in progress)
