Establish and maintain Montessori classroom culture.
Plan, prepare, and maintain all units of study, lessons and materials.
Observe and keep records on each student's progression through the classroom.
Plan and prepare children and the materials needed to perform two annual Family Conferences.
Provide guidance and support to Assistant Teacher.
Conduct weekly team meetings and lesson planning.
Regularly review student progress, teaching priorities and classroom concerns with the Director.
Organize teacher planning days for changing out materials, cleaning, and reorganizing works.

Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field
Child Development Associate Credential (CDA)
AMS Early Childhood Credential (or in progress)
At least 2 years classroom experience
