Seeking full or part-time certified or soon to be certified Montessori Toddler Teacher to assist or co-teach with the Director in a small home-based Montessori Toddler program of 9 children.

Responsibilities:
Teach and supervise students in the Montessori Method.
Prepare and maintain materials.
Be responsible for the safety and physical well-being of all students in your charge at all times.
Prepare lessons and record students’ progress.
Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
Strong classroom management skills to create a structured and engaging learning environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Montessori Toddler Certification (or in process)
Experience working with children

Salary is commensurate with experience.
School Community
We are a very small, stand alone Montessori Toddler program approaching the end of our first year in operation. Parent engagement happens daily at pickup and drop off, through regular/ongoing communication and at regular intervals throughout the year to provide progress reports and offer parent conferences.
