We are seeking a dedicated Lead Montessori Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs that promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners.
Description:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the center's philosophy and curriculum
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the developmental needs of each child
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Develop lesson plans and educational strategies that align with early childhood Montessori standards
- Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall learning experience
Skills:
-Montessori Certified
- Experience in primary care for children 3-6 years old, and early intervention programs
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to engage and connect with children ages 3-6 years old
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
