Responsibilities include
Position 1 (25 hrs/week) - on-site @ Rogers - 511 Rogers Ave
Hours Monday-Friday, 9:30-2:30 // 9:30-11:30 admin + 11:30-2:30 classroom coverage
School site maintenance
Work orders
Managing cleaning schedule
Scheduling routine maintenance of HVACs, hot water heaters, etc.
Marketing
Updating google maps
Website updates
Promotion
Making flyers
Storefront signage
Posting about events
Community relationship building: flyering
DOH compliance
Gather staff + children paperwork
Support with paperwork for new permits + permit renewals
Violations correction - attending online hearings for violations to submit documentation
Tracking staff reminders for expired paperwork
Staffing (for all programs)
Hiring + scheduling substitutes
Location schedule building
Promotional events (including tuition reduction events)
PTO Requests

Experience
We are looking for two administrative team members who
Are fluent with:
Google Suite
brightwheel or other similar enrollment platforms
Canva
Mailchimp
Squarespace
Have experience in a Pre-K classroom in some capacity
Desire to work on a small and collaborative team

$25-$30/ hour

Collective Kind provides mindful and ethical early care for working families of all backgrounds. Our Montessori programs are nature-based and grounded in anti-bias education with the family and community at the center. Our micropreschools are open to children 2-5YOS. Tuition is run on a sliding scale so that our program can be financially accessible to more families.
Rogers school team includes:
Two (2) full time morning teachers 8:00-4:00 (class 8:30-3:30): a teacher-director + a group teacher
One (1) part time on-site administrator
One (1) part time afternoon group teacher 2:30-6:00
Administrative and curricular support from Collective Kind founding team and administrative staff
We set up teams who can compliment each other bringing different skills into the classroom, looking for a team comprised of (1) leadership experience with a drive to collaborate, problem solve and strong initiative, (2) Montessori experience or certification (3) special needs experience (4) your own passions and interests, (5) staff qualified to meet DOHMH permit requirements.
