Summer programming - on-site at your location June 30th-August 22nd, hrs ~10am-2pm M-F
Staff Week - in person @ different CK locations August 25th-29th, hrs 8a-4p M-F
School Year - on-site at your location Sept 2025 - June 2026 following school calendar breaks, hrs TBD
Compensation $25-$30/ hour based on experience
Responsibilities include
Position 2 (25 hrs/week) - on-site @ Slope - 428 7th Ave
Hours Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-2:30PM // 9:30-11:30 admin + 11:30-2:30 classroom coverage
Financials
Payroll + sub payments
Invoicing
Paying vendors
Updating Quickbooks
Managing budgets with Directors
Tuition reduction assigning
Filing invoices and receipts
Legal + HR
LOA drafting
Benefits research
Completing exit interviews
Insurance
Workers comp updates
Renewals
Certificates of Insurance
Rental agreements
Qualifications
Experience
We are looking for two administrative team members who
Are fluent with:
Google Suite
brightwheel or other similar enrollment platforms
Canva
Mailchimp
Squarespace
Have experience in a Pre-K classroom in some capacity
Desire to work on a small and collaborative team

$25-$30/ hour
School Community
Collective Kind provides mindful and ethical early care for working families of all backgrounds. Our Montessori programs are nature-based and grounded in anti-bias education with the family and community at the center. Our micropreschools are open to children 2-5YOS. Tuition is run on a sliding scale so that our program can be financially accessible to more families.
Slope school team includes:
Two (2) full time morning teachers 8:00-4:00 (class 8:30-3:30): a teacher-director + a group teacher
Two (2) part time afternoon teachers
One (1) part time administrator onsite mornings
Administrative and curricular support from Collective Kind founding team and administrative staff
We set up teams who can compliment each other bringing different skills into the classroom, looking for a team comprised of (1) leadership experience with a drive to collaborate, problem solve and strong initiative, (2) Montessori experience or certification (3) special needs experience (4) your own passions and interests, (5) staff qualified to meet DOHMH permit requirements.
