Description of Position | Provide strategic support to the Director, grow enrollment, attract and retain teachers, and build strong community relations.
Ensure compliance with all state safety, fire, quality programming, educational, and staffing regulations as required by NJSDCF licensing and accreditation.
Ensure your center meets state licensing and safety standards while incorporating all core Cresthill values (Safety, Courtesy, Education, Efficiency).
Motivate, coach, and train teachers to deliver creative programs, service excellence, and Cresthill core values.
Deeply connect with students, colleagues, and parents to vigorously uphold a culture of welcome, safety, and respect.
Invoke a robust learning atmosphere that leads students to deeply value being at school and feel part of a rigorous and joyful learning community.
Assist in the classrooms as needed.

Qualifications | Some teaching experience preferred
High school degree (CDA, AA or BA preferred)
