Infant Toddler Certified Teacher should have a strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy and a positive discipline approach to students, as well as a strong desire to help students become independent learners. Extensive experience with conferencing with parents, writing reports and creating individualized work plans a must.

Ideal candidates:
Have at least 3 years experience working in a Montessori classroom environment
Can work well and positively as part of a team of 3 teachers
Basic computer skills
Toddler MACTE, AMS, or AMI credential
