We are seeking to secure several substitute teachers to support our toddler and primary classrooms as needed. The ideal candidate(s) should have experience in a childcare setting and ongoing schedule flexibility. Experience working in a Montessori preschool program is a plus. The candidate(s) must also possess skills to work well on a teaching team and be flexible and positive. The ideal candidate will work to follow the children's interests and work closely with their team to provide the best possible classroom experience for the children.

Qualifications:
• Experience working with children ages 2-5 years old
• Ability to work well with other adults
• Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
• Experience working in a diverse and inclusive setting
• Experience working in an AMS Montessori environment is a plus
• Proficiency in technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google apps, School Communication apps i.e Tadpoles, ParentSquare, BrightWheel)
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members, parents, and administrators

Salary: $25/hr
