Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool students
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as math, language, and social skills
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Conduct assessments to track the progress of each student and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with special needs
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for working with children and promoting their welfare
Qualifications
-BA or BS
-Montessori Certification or in process of obtaining certification
