The Math Specialist supports students in grades 1–8 in building deep mathematical understanding. You will lead math instruction for our 7th and 8th grade adolescent community and provide targeted intervention for elementary and middle school students who need additional support.

Working alongside fellow Middle School Guides, you will help create a prepared environment that supports each student's intellectual, emotional, and social development and balances Montessori principles with the Colorado Academic Standards.

-Bachelor's degree.
-Strong content knowledge in mathematics, including pre-algebra and Algebra I, and working knowledge of the Colorado Academic Standards for mathematics.
-Experience providing differentiated instruction or math intervention, whether in a classroom, small-group, or tutoring setting.
-Interest in and willingness to learn about the Montessori philosophy.
-Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with students, families, and colleagues.
