We are seeking a full-time Montessori Certified Primary Teacher (ages 3-6) to join our exceptional faculty. Waterfront Montessori is an established independent Montessori school serving children from infants through grade 8 for more than 20 years. We are looking for a passionate educator who is committed to honoring each child's unique developmental journey and creating a classroom where curiosity, independence, and joy flourish. Our Primary classrooms are thoughtfully prepared environments that encourage independence, creativity, collaboration, and discovery. Teachers are supported by low student-to-teacher ratios, well-staffed classrooms with both lead teachers and assistants and a collaborative and supportive school environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Montessori Primary Certification
- A bachelor's degree
- A genuine passion for Montessori education and child-centered learning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to partnering with families and colleagues to support each child's success
