Little Brook Montessori is seeking a passionate, Montessori-certified Head Teacher for our 3-6 classroom. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide children through the Montessori scope and sequence within a prepared environment.
- Develop and present engaging, developmentally appropriate Montessori lessons.
- Foster a peaceful, respectful, and harmonious classroom culture.
- Observe, document, and assess each child’s progress, adapting guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with families and colleagues to support each child’s growth.
- Maintain a beautiful, organized, and purposeful classroom environment.

- Montessori certification from an accredited institution (3-6 preferred).
- Experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong observation skills and a deep understanding of child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Little Brook Montessori Preschool is a thoughtfully designed Montessori community in North Caldwell, NJ built around the belief that early childhood education should feel both purposeful and joyful. Located at 359 Central Avenue, the school serves children ages 2½–6 and offers toddler and primary programs, along with before- and after-care to support working families.
