Madison Montessori School is located in the beautiful family community of Madison, New Jersey. We are a small, close-knit school offering Montessori education designed to cultivate children’s natural curiosity and love of learning.

For over 40 years, Madison Montessori School has provided high-fidelity Montessori education. Our community is grounded in respect, engaged families, and a deep commitment to nurturing the whole child.

We are currently seeking credentialed Montessori Guides to join our Toddler and/or Early Childhood communities. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and value being part of a supportive, small-school community.

Our Programs

Toddler Community: Serve children ages 2 – 3.5 years

Early Childhood Community: Serve children ages 3 – 6 years

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain a Montessori environment that meets the developmental needs of the children

Ensure the safety, care, and well-being of all students

Foster independence, curiosity, and respect within the classroom

Build strong partnerships with families through open and supportive communication

Prepare student evaluations for parent-teacher conferences

Participate in staff meetings and school events

Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership

Qualifications
Applicants should:

Hold Montessori credentials for Toddler and/or Early Childhood

Value collaboration, mentorship, and strong family partnerships

Communicate with clarity, warmth, kindness, and professionalism

Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice
