Montessori Community School (MCS) is seeking a passionate and experienced Upper Elementary (4th-6th grade) Lead Guide to join our well-established Montessori program in the heart of Honolulu. Responsibilities include:
Deliver Montessori lessons to upper elementary students
Collaborating daily with a co-lead guide and support staff
Conferencing regularly with parents

Preferred candidates:
Hold Montessori credentials (a MACTE accredited program/AMS or AMI) and ideally have classroom experience

Are open to relocating to Honolulu and committing to supporting the school through a 3-year cycle, assuming mutual fit
