Establish and maintain Montessori classroom culture.
Help to prepare and maintain all units of study, lessons and materials.
Observe and keep records on each student's progression through the classroom.
Plan and prepare children and the materials needed to perform two annual Family Conferences.
Regularly review student progress, teaching priorities and classroom concerns with Lead Teacher.
Assist Lead teacher with planning days for changing out materials, cleaning, and reorganizing works.
Assist children with toileting and assist with toilet training.

1 year experience in a childcare facility or preschool or related field.
Would prefer someone interested in obtaining Montessori Infant/Toddler or Early Childhood Credential.
Would provide financial assistance to candidates looking to obtain Montessori Credential.
