As a 3-6 Co-Lead Guide, you will work closely with a co-teacher in our Early Childhood classroom, fostering a nurturing, hands-on learning environment for young children. You will guide and support students as they explore and grow through authentic Montessori principles, while encouraging their curiosity and independence. The role also includes active participation in our robust outdoor programming, integrating nature and permaculture practices into daily learning.

Passionate about CMS’ founding ethos of People Care, Fair Share, and Earth Care

Interest or experience in farming, permaculture, or similar experience is a big plus!
