Job Title: Toddler Lead Guide

Overview: The Toddler Lead Guide is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 18 months to 3 years. This role involves facilitating independent learning, guiding children in their exploration, and fostering social and emotional development in accordance with Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities:
