Description of Position | ABOUT THE ROLE: RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: Guide and Administrator Child Workshop Facilitation: Lead daily unique and project-based workshops for children aged 3+ in alignment with Montessori principles, fostering independence, curiosity, and critical thinking. Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with the educational team to design and implement innovative, creative workshops for the children. Mindful Engagement: Engage with children in a mindful and respectful manner, promoting a love for learning and exploration. Event Support: Participate in planning, organizing, and executing all Primary events, including birthday parties and social events. Weekend shifts may extend until 4:00 PM on occasion. Administrative Duties: Manage member and staff data through Smartcare and other systems, input daily updates, and assist with general operational tasks as needed such as, tours of the space, scheduling meetings, managing budget, tracking packages and purchases, management with staff schedule. Operational Assistance: Support the Director with daily operational responsibilities and ensure seamless functioning of child member offerings. Social Media Assistance: Work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing team to assist in managing social media content and promotion. Team Leadership: Act as a role model, embodying Primary’s mission, values, and Montessori principles. Support staff development and reinforce positive, professional relationships within the team. Confidentiality & Ethics: Adhere to all confidentiality requirements under the Primary Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), maintaining the privacy of all member and staff-related information. Contract & Performance: Understand that performance metrics will be reviewed every 90 days, and the position is a 12-month contract, renewable with a performance-based salary increase. Standards & Culture: Maintain the Primary standard of professionalism in all interactions both within and outside the club space, contributing positively to the club's culture. |

Salary | Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Base salary is $55,000-70,000 based on experience and qualifications. |
