Job Description:
We are seeking a certified Montessori Teacher for our 3-6 age group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Montessori principles, excellent classroom management skills, and a passion for early childhood education. You will be responsible for creating a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where each child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement Montessori curriculum and activities tailored to the needs and interests of children aged 3-6.
* Create a prepared and orderly learning environment that fosters independence, creativity, and social development.
* Observe and document each child's progress, providing individualized support and guidance.
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive community.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.

* Participate in ongoing professional development and school events.

* Qualifications:
* Montessori certification from an accredited institution or undergoing Montessori training.
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
* Experience or training in teaching in a Montessori setting.
* Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, creativity and a passion for teaching young children.
