Job description
Duties include:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddler aged children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized setting.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom.

- Assist with diaper changing, toilet training, mealtimes and outdoor play.

Skills required:

-Knowledgable background in Montessori (must hold a valid Infant/Toddler Montessori certification).
- Experience working with children three years old and under, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured and engaging learning environment.
- Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
