Twos Program
Background
Our Twos Program was launched in the fall of 2013 as a two-year pilot for siblings and families connected to WSMS. Designed in response to the needs of current parents who wanted to start their younger children in school earlier, the pilot program was fully enrolled both years and was a resounding success.
Age Requirement
To be eligible for September 2023 enrollment, children must be born between December 1, 2020 and September 15, 2021.
Twos Program Options
- AM: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- 9-3: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday; 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday
- LAP*: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday
*LAP is the acronym for Late Afternoon Program, our extended day option. The LAP program is available for 9 months (September-June) or 11 months (September-August).
Multi-Age Program (3-6-Year-Olds)
Background
Our Multi-Age program provides a Montessori beginning education designed to develop a life long love of learning in each child.
Age Requirement
To be considered for September 2023 enrollment, Multi-Age Program (2.10 – to 6-year-olds) applicants must have been born before December 1, 2020.
Multi-Age Program Options
All of our Multi-Age Program classes are mixed-age groupings of children between the ages of 2.10 and 6 years. WSMS offers the following options:
- AM: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday–Friday
- 9–3: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday; 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday
- LAP*: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday
*LAP is the acronym for Late Afternoon Program, our full-day option.
In addition, we have options for 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. drop off, and a 6:00 p.m. pick-up option for our Multi-Age LAP program. The LAP program is available for 9 months (September-June) or 11 months (September-August).
