What makes the event so special is that it is the first community-building event of the school year, AND is 100% parent volunteer-driven! Please find a way to participate, and have fun meeting other WSMS families!

Grandparents and special friends are welcome to volunteer!

Volunteer opportunities:

Help set up the night before on Friday, October 18th: shifts are available between 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Bring items down from the Gym to the Library and stage them for the next morning.

Cook or donate food to the Bakery or World Café: share your favorite family dish with the community.

Set up in the morning before 11:00 a.m.: help set up the booths and food stations.

During the event: work the food or activities booths.

After: help us clean up and restore the street for school on Monday morning.
