Richard Prins ’92 and Mark ’94 Prins

Richard married the love of his life—Alisha Racho Jansen—in April, and they have begun living happily ever after. His poetry appears regularly in many journals, and he is working on a book of translations of Swahili poetry.

Mark had his first novel—The Latinist—published by Norton in January 2022. Here’s how Norton describes it: “A contemporary reimagining of the Daphne and Apollo myth, The Latinist is a page-turning exploration of power, ambition, and the intertwining of love and obsession.”
