We are looking for highly motivated lead teachers to inspire and be part of a great team working in our Primary (3-6 year old) classrooms. If you are a passionate teacher dedicated to the Montessori philosophy and method, we would like to meet you. We also welcome interns who are looking for a placement in a collaborative and joyful environment. Must be Montessori Teacher Certified (or in process). Must provide a cover letter, resume and three references. Hudson Montessori School supports those receiving their training and is delighted to welcome interns.

The ideal candidate must have the following:
· Bachelor’s degree, and has completed Montessori certification or is currently pursuing certification.
· Excellent classroom management skills.
· The ability to implement curriculum, and work with others in a positive collaborative team environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience in a Montessori classroom is a plus.

Hudson Montessori School is located in Jersey City, NJ, a vibrant growing city with easy access to Manhattan. The school has a strong collaborative community within its staff as well as having committed families. We have children ages 2 through 8th grade at our school. We are the first nationally STEM Certified Campus in the state of New Jersey and weave STEAM initiatives throughout our programs.
