Early Childhood teacher should have a strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy and a positive discipline approach to students, as well as a strong desire to help students become independent learners. Extensive experience writing conferencing reports, creating individualized learning plans and conferencing with parents a must. Three to Fives years of experience as a co-lead or lead.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree required
* Master’s Degree preferred
* AMS/MACTE Approved EC Montessori teaching credential required
* Three to five years' teaching experience minimum
