<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Fall Festival is an incredible block party for the community filled with food, activities, games, crafts, and entertainment. It is a volunteer-driven event fully managed by WSMS family and friends, and, as such, relies heavily on parents, grandparents, family and friends to make it a success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>How can I participate as a volunteer?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are many ways to volunteer: h<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">elp with the set up, lend a hand at an activity booth, sell food at the Bakery and World Caf\u00e9, or help with the clean up as part of the takedown crew. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sweet treats and baked goods at the Bakery and<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> favorite family or culturally-inspired dishes at World Caf\u00e9 are all supplied by WSMS families\u2013if you are unable to fill a volunteer slot, consider donating a dish!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We&#8217;re counting on <\/span><b>everyone <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to make it a success! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We hope that each family will fill a volunteer slot. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re not sure where to begin, check out all the options in more detail in this <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/form.everestwebdeals.co\/?form=a323cf2d0d32aa15b98cea53672f21a7\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">volunteer form<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Do I need to purchase a ticket to attend?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fall Festival doesn\u2019t have ticketed admissions, but each child in attendance will need a wristband and\/or tickets in order to participate in certain Fall Festival activities (e.g. Pumpkin Decorating or Face Painting). Adults do not need to purchase wristbands or tickets for themselves. Tickets can be purchased and used per activity, which can be anywhere from 4 to 7 tickets per activity (if not purchasing a wristband). The Festival also features free activities and live entertainment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While wristbands are not required, we\u2019ve found that they are both a convenient and cost-effective way for children to enjoy all the fun activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>When can I purchase wristbands and tickets?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wristbands are available for purchase for $40 prior to the Fall Festival via the website\u2014pre-sale wristbands include a $5 coupon valid at the General (merch) Store\u2014and on the day of the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tickets will also be available for purchase on the day of the event at the Fall Festival Registration table (located at West 92nd Street and West End Avenue).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>How can I pay for food and beverage or merch?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food and beverages from the World Caf\u00e9, Grill, and Bakery can be paid for using cash, credit card, or ApplePay.
